Rejuvenating Fog Seal

Polymer Modified Rejuvenating Fog Seal/ R.A.S.S

This is our featured pavement preservation product that offers long-term test data from the National Center for Asphalt Technology (NCAT) on Open Graded Frictions Courses and dense graded asphalt surfaces with the MSDOT track cycle in 2018-2020. Friction is restored after 2 hours of this application and can be applied to any OGFC during nighttime operations

Scrub Seal

We offer an alternate to Scrub Seal Emulsions that allow the Agency to define the long-term rejuvenation results based on the current condition and age of the road. We can also adjust the ratio of rejuvenator to polymer in place for use as a Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayer (SAMI).

Tack Coat

Rejuvenating Tack Coats is a bold new approach to asphalt overlays and mill and fill operations. We offer an easy way to rejuvenate the existing asphalt surface whether milled, leveled, or just in need of asphalt resurfacing: Our Rejuvenating Tack Coat has been proven to deter cracking from long-term tests during the 2018 track cycle at NCAT. We endured 30 months and almost 10 million EASLs to prove that adding a rejuvenator extends the service life of an asphalt pavement.

Microsurfacing

Microsurfacing has been used as a topical pavement preservation treatment for over 40 years. Our innovative technology allows contractors to offer the additional value of adding a rejuvenator to ANY Microsurfacing emulsion and add more service life to the pavement beneath for the Agency.

Slurry Seal has been used as a topical pavement preservation treatment for over 40 years. Our innovative technology allows contractors to offer the additional value of adding a rejuvenator to ANY Slurry Seal emulsion and add more service life to the pavement beneath for the Agency.
